ControlNet-XS is a new AI painting detail control tool developed by the Computer Vision Lab at the University of Heidelberg. Currently, the papers and pre-trained models associated with it have not been made available to the public.

However, the R&D team revealed that ControlNet-XS significantly outperformed ControlNet in terms of FID scores.

At the same time, they plan to control Stable DiffusionCode for -XL and Stable Diffusion 2.1 is publicly available in the near future.
